What is an Article Collection?
An application type that allows you to create, organize, share, and manage documentation. This application is made up of a group or articles.

**Please note that the only difference between the types of articles is the associated icon for each type. This is shown in search results as well as certain widgets that are configured to display articles (and their icons).
What is an Article Category?
A way to organize content within an Article Collection - associated an article with one or more categories. Article collections support multiple different categories as well as subcategories. Each article category supports an associated icon as well as a description (Not required - but recommended).

- Understanding Article Collections:

- Icon and Description: Look for any icons or descriptions related to a category to help provide further information on what type of content is available within that category.
- Tagging and Keywords:
- Pay attention to article tags and keywords. These metadata elements can provide additional context and improve searchability. Clicking on tags related to your interests can lead you to related articles.
- Quick View and Preview: Verint offers a hover preview or when hovering over an article title. This allows you to glance at the content without navigating away from the category page, saving time.
- Explore Related Articles:
- When viewing an article, check for related articles or recommended readings. This can provide additional insights or solutions to related questions you may have.
