Hello Kaitlin Baumer , One of my objectives is to identify, build and complete a PCM Reading List with top 3 items to read. Ideas on books, market research articles, white papers, case studies, etc will be greatly appreciated. Why it matters? It deepens knowledge and expertise to inform strategy, goals settings, guide decisions, innovation trends, metrics and impact.
