Community Guidelines

1. Be Respectful and Supportive

Treat every member with kindness. Value diverse perspectives, encourage open dialogue, and help create an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome.

2. Share and Learn Together

Ask questions—simple or complex. Share your experiences, insights, and resources. What you post may spark solutions, inspire ideas, or help someone else overcome a challenge.

3. Keep Discussions Relevant

Focus conversations on pharmaceutical continuous manufacturing. Share practical examples, suggest topics, and connect discussions back to our shared mission.

4. Celebrate Contributions

Show appreciation by replying, supporting, or building on others’ ideas. Every “thank you” or thoughtful response helps strengthen our culture of collaboration.

5. Protect Privacy and Trust

Only share information you are comfortable making public, and never post confidential details about others or your organization without permission.

6. Debate Ideas, Not People

Healthy debate is welcome—and essential for innovation. Keep discussions on topic, avoid personal attacks, and respect different viewpoints.

7. Help the Community Grow

Invite colleagues, peers, or new connections who care about continuous manufacturing. More voices mean more knowledge to share.

8. USP as Moderators

Community moderators are here to support you, answer questions, and step in if there is some behavior that doesn’t align with these values. Reach out to the Community Manager with any concerns or questions.

9. Report Abusive Content

If you encounter a post that feels abusive, harmful, or violates these guidelines, you have the option to report it. Click the “More” button under the post and select “Report as abusive.” Flagged posts will be reviewed by moderators to help keep the community safe and respectful.

Collaboration drives innovation. Thank you for bringing your questions, expertise and insights to this continuous manufacturing community.
