The Continuous Manufacturing Knowledge Center (CMKC) can help those interested in continuous manufacturing realize its advantages and ultimately support the accelerated availability of safe, quality medicines made with this process to benefit patients and public health.
The National Institute for Pharmaceutical Technology & Education (NIPTE) Mission
To improve the way medicines are designed, developed and manufactured to meet the needs of patients in the 21st century.
What is the Continuous Manufacturing Knowledge Center?
The CMKC is a centralized online platform that expands access to information about continuous manufacturing to facilitate innovation and lower barriers to adoption. The CMKC is a digital knowledge management resource for capturing, organizing, and updating the rapidly expanding body of knowledge about continuous manufacturing. It is also a space to build a collaborative online community network to help close existing knowledge gaps.
The CMKC aggregates information organized by NIPTE and USP, including research publications, industry practices, presentations at technical forums, and non-peer-reviewed materials. The CMKC connects people from different organizations, across industry and academia, and from different expert backgrounds to problem-solve throughout the production cycle. These resources come from contributors in our scientific community and unlock the potential for increased collaboration.
Create your own account. It's a free, user-friendly online tool to find resources, gather data, and connect with experts on continuous manufacturing.
