This group will discuss topics related to the actual implementation and advances on continuous manufacturing of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs), including their advantages and disadvantages with respect to the batch process. Topics of interests include but are not limited to:

• The use and characterization of unit ops
• Material characterization and properties of raw materials
• Intermediates and final products
• New methodologies and/or chemical-physical routes to produce APIs continuously
• Failure modes associated with the continuous manufacturing of APIs
